Pete tutored both of my children for the 11plus tests. My daughter in 2016-17 and my son in 2022-23. Both children always looked forward to lessons as his approach was very engaging. Pete kept track of the children’s progress and gave lots of useful tips and strategies for exam. Diane gave immense support throughout. Both children passed the Kent tests and I highly recommend Pete!

Our son attended Pete’s online lessons in preparation for his Bexley and Kent tests. He passed both Bexley and Kent and is through to Stage 2 of At Olave’s (preparing for Stage 2 atm). Pete is wonderful. While the level of learning is hard – they go through and learn some very challenging topics and tests, Pete has such a positive and encouraging approach. Boys and girls are praised for their efforts and come away feeling good about themselves which for us as parents is very important. I have to also mention that children practice working with answer sheets that are used in the actual exams which makes it so much easier when it comes to the test day. A separate mention to Diane who is invaluable in this process; she is always contactable with any questions we may have, sends homework, details of lessons and helpful reminders. Our son received great coaching, confidence and knowledge to pass the Kent test. Pete empowered him to have the ability to tackle different exam techniques and questions and my son felt really prepared to go into the test.
